We offer our patients from Germany and abroad comprehensive advice and care regardless of location via our licensed video consultation portal. In this way, we continue to support you holistically with complementary medicine from a single source, as usual, even across distance, and remain in personal conversation with you.
How does our video consultation work?
Register easily via our hospital’s appointment booking system, choose your preferred appointment, and upload the completed medical history form, the self-pay service declaration, and the most recent medical report and/or the tumor board minutes to our secure platform. As a rule, we only treat patients whose tumor disease has already been diagnosed by a specialist.
After we have confirmed your appointment, we review your documents and prepare for the consultation. At the agreed time, you enter the digital room for our video call via the link we send you. You can find instructions for joining here (link). We allow 60 minutes for an initial consultation; follow-up consultations can be booked for 30 or 60 minutes.
Via video and audio, we can listen to you in detail, record your medical history and current treatment plan, and discuss your symptoms or treatment concerns. Together, we discuss your wishes and define treatment goals. Afterwards, you will receive an individualized treatment plan with instructions and further information via our secure platform—available at any time and, as usual, tailored specifically to you. We will be pleased to continue supporting you through follow-up consultations and to accompany you in implementing the recommended measures.
In terms of content, we offer you comprehensive complementary medical support, and, if desired, with a focus on nutritional counseling, exercise therapy, psycho-oncology, or hypnosis.
Costs
The pricing of our video consultation is based on the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). It is made up of various factors, such as (in-depth) consultation and specific telemedicine services, as well as the effort involved in providing the service, for example in the case of language barriers. Therefore, the price of our service varies for patients depending on the consultation situation.
