Our clinic covers all diagnostic and therapeutic services for urological diseases. The operative spectrum includes endoscopic, open-surgical, and robot-assisted procedures, utilizing state-of-the-art technology. For instance, robot-assisted operations are performed with the latest da Vinci® XI Robot, and a Revolix Thulium laser is used for endoscopic stone disintegration. A Holmium laser is available for prostate adenoma enucleation, and HEXVIX photodynamic therapy is an option for improved detection of superficial bladder tumors.

Tumor Surgery: Uro-oncology
Our specialist department for uro-oncology treats urological tumors – including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney cancer – according to current German S3 and EAU guidelines. In weekly tumor conferences, we develop interdisciplinary treatment plans for individualized cancer therapy. Through our urological ASV (Ambulatory Specialist Care), we offer modern cancer therapies such as chemo-, immune-, and combination therapies, often performed on an outpatient basis in our day clinic. Additionally, we cover the entire spectrum of surgical procedures in uro-oncology.
Plastic and Reconstructive Urology
Our specialist department for plastic and reconstructive urology specializes in the restoration of urinary and genital organs after malformations, injuries, or oncological diseases. We perform both robot-assisted and open reconstructive procedures on the upper and lower urinary tract – with a special focus on open urethral reconstruction to restore function, aesthetics, and quality of life.
Pediatric urology
Our pediatric urology offers comprehensive diagnostics and empathetic treatment of urological diseases in children. We perform circumcisions, operations for undescended testicles, and the correction of all degrees of hypospadias. We treat pelvic-ureteric junction obstructions from the age of seven with state-of-the-art robot-assisted surgery. The accompanying admission of a parent during inpatient stays is, of course, standard practice.
Da Vinci®: Robot-Assisted Surgeries
Since 2009, our clinic has been using the modern da Vinci® System for robot-assisted, minimally invasive urological surgeries. This technology enables precise interventions for prostate cancer, bladder, and kidney diseases with three-dimensional vision, millimeter-accurate precision, and ergonomic operation. The system supports the surgeon in complex procedures such as radical prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, and ureteral operations, improving safety and shortening recovery time.
Transurethral Resection (TUR) for Bladder Tumors and Prostate Enlargement
Transurethral resection (TUR) is a minimally invasive procedure for treating bladder tumors and prostate enlargement without an abdominal incision. Tumor tissue is removed through the urethra using a resectoscope. Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) allows for gentle treatment of large prostate glands over 60 grams, with reduced blood loss and tissue examination.
Endoscopic Stone Therapy
Endoscopic stone therapy offers effective minimally invasive treatment options for urinary stones. Stones in the ureter and kidney are removed with flexible ureterorenoscopes and laser lithotripsy. Larger kidney stones are treated by percutaneous lithotripsy (PCN) through a small access point in the flank. Stone analyses help prevent recurrence. Pain management and precise diagnostics with CT ensure the quality of therapy.
Incontinence Treatment – Surgical and Medical
Our clinic offers comprehensive incontinence treatment for women and men – both surgically and medically. After thorough diagnostics, we treat stress and urge incontinence individually with pelvic floor training, electrostimulation, Botox injections, and pessary therapy. Surgical procedures such as TVT tape, colposuspension, or artificial sphincter are used depending on the severity. In men, incontinence is specifically treated, especially after prostate operations.
